| Description | Mr. Aymeric Thibord has tendered his resignation as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of IREIT Global Group Pte. Ltd. Under the terms of his employment, unless otherwise agreed, Mr. Aymeric Thibord will be required to serve a notice period till 10 May 2020. The effective date of Mr. Aymeric Thibord's cessation as CEO will be announced as soon as it has been determined. Mr. Aymeric Thibord will remain as CEO until the effective date of his cessation and will be working closely with the Board to ensure an orderly and smooth transition. The Board has commenced the process for the search for the new CEO and will make the appropriate announcement when he/she is appointed. |
