| Detailed Reason (s) for cessation | Ms Chua Tai Hua, Anne's ("Ms Anne Chua") term as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of the Manager will cease with effect from 31 January 2025 to pursue other opportunities. Ms Anne Chua is currently serving her notice period and by mutual agreement with the Manager, Ms Anne Chua's last day of employment will be 31 January 2025. The Board has identified a suitable replacement CFO (the identity of whom has also been announced today). Until such date, Ms Anne Chua will continue to ensure smooth functioning of the finance team and complete the transition and handover of her duties. The Board wishes to express its appreciation to Ms Anne Chua for her dedication and significant contributions to IREIT Global and the Manager during her tenure. |
