Opinion
In our opinion, the consolidated financial statements of the Group and the statement of financial position
and statement of distribution and statement of changes in net assets attributable to unitholders of IREIT
give a true and fair view of the financial position of the Group and of IREIT as at 31 December 2014,
and of the financial performance, changes in net assets attributable to unitholders and cash flows of
the Group, distribution and changes in net assets attributable to unitholders of IREIT for the financial
period then ended in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards.
Report under Other Legal and Regulatory Requirements
In our opinion, the financial statements have been properly prepared in accordance with the relevant
provisions of the Trust Deed and the relevant requirements of the CIS Code.
